The History
Of DSI
Dr. Mark Costes founded the Dental Success Institute (DSI) in 2012 after developing a formula that transformed several dental practices into highly profitable enterprises. His vision was to create a community of like-minded dental professionals dedicated to supporting each other in achieving both professional and personal success. Dr. Costes aimed to equip his peers with the tools and insights needed to navigate the industry, helping them overcome the challenges he faced throughout his own career.
What began as a small group of individuals personally coached by Dr. Costes has grown exponentially. Today, DSI proudly serves 200 private elite practice mastermind members and boasts an impressive network of Black Belt Coaches across the country. This community continues to expand, offering its members unparalleled support and a wealth of resources to help them thrive in their practices and beyond.

He is also the Co-founder and CEO of Dental Success Network, a positive and collaborative group of nearly 1,000 dentists that is focused on providing its members with all of the tools and resources necessary to excel within the profession of dentistry. Dr. Costes is the International and #1 Amazon Best Selling Author of the book Pillars of Dental Success. His internet radio show, The Dentalpreneur Podcast now has listenership from over 150 countries worldwide. Mark and his wife Leslie have three sons; Bryce, Brendan, Brady and their dogs, Bear and Hazel. They live in Prescott, AZ.
